The vision for the Site is to create a sensitively designed and high quality new neighbourhood of up to 150 new homes that maximises the opportunities for integration with the surrounding areas of Cranfield.

• Up to 150 high quality new homes, including 30% affordable and bungalows, including opportunities for self-build.

• Improvements to Crawley Road, including new gateway features and crossing for pedestrians.

• New habitat creation to support local wildlife.

• Public open space, a play area for children and sustainable drainage, and attractive new walking and cycle routes.

• Investment in local facilities and infrastructure as required.

• Economic benefits arising from construction jobs and the additional spending power that new residents will bring to the local economy.
